On July 25, Guangzhou Nansha New District Innovation and The founding meeting and the first plenary meeting of the Development Advisory Committee (referred to as “ Founding Advisory Committee”) were held in Nansha. Xie Wei, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Nansha Development Zone, Liu Huilin, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Nansha Development Zone, deputy director of the Policy Research and Innovation Office of the Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone Working Committee, and secretary of the Nansha New District Innovation and Development Advisory Committee Mayor Wu Ruijian and others attended the event. Based on work needs, the Creative Advisory Committee has set up six special groups, namely scientific and technological innovation industry cooperation, youth entrepreneurship and employment cooperation, high-level opening to the outside world, rule connection mechanism docking, high-quality urban development and urban Image enhancement. Each group is composed of an expert group, the leading unit in the region and member units. Each group plans to recruit six to seven expert members, a total of 38 members from the Greater Bay Area, which is quite high-level. In this meeting, the association’s president, Li Baiqiang, and four people from Macau were appointed as members of the expert panel. They include Vice President of City University of Macau Ip Guiping, Dean of the School of Social Sciences of the University of Macau Hu Weixing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Youth Committee of the Macau General Chamber of Commerce Ma Zhida, and President of the Macau Institution of Engineers Wu Zujie. The event was held with the theme of “Innovation, Cooperation, Development”. Expert representatives from various fields and leaders of the special groups delivered keynote speeches. Experts who spoke included Xiong Hui, associate vice-president of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), Ma Zhida, Gu Naihua, vice-president of Jinan University and member of the founding advisory committee, Fang Zhou, research director of the Hong Kong “One Country, Two Systems” Research Center, Guangdong Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute Ma Xiangming, director and chief engineer of the company, Ni Pengfei, director of the Urban and Competitiveness Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and leader of the City Image Improvement Special Group of the Creative Advisory Committee. Together, they provided advice and suggestions for the innovative development of Nansha. As a consulting service organization dedicated to the high-level and high-quality development and construction of Nansha, the Creative Advisory Committee is committed to creating an important mechanism and platform for communication, dialogue, interaction, exchange and cooperation between Nansha and all walks of life. Through the resources and pipeline advantages of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao governments, industry associations and chambers of commerce, domestic and foreign high-level think tanks, and senior experts and scholars in various fields, the Innovation Advisory Committee has given full play to its role as an “ideational engine” to promote Nansha to accelerate the creation of a collaborative, collaborative city based in the Bay Area. A major strategic platform for Hong Kong, Macao and the world, accelerating the construction of a modern city with smart growth, exquisite urban areas, Lingnan characteristics, pastoral style, and Chinese style, and becoming the main position and new engine for high-quality development in the Greater Bay Area. The establishment of the Creative Advisory Committee is one of the key tasks in the "Nansha District Action Plan to Promote and Deepen the Comprehensive Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao facing the world", aiming to implement the "Nansha Plan" on “ Establishing a partnership between the government, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and think tanks The Development Advisory Committee, which includes representatives from , experts and scholars, provides consultation and suggestions for the deployment of Nansha construction.
